This highly anticipated mixed use redevelopment effort will sit on the former site of the Candlestick Park sports stadium, and will include ground floor retail, 5 residential buildings, a film arts center, and both above and below grade parking structures.

Located in an economically disadvantaged and geographically removed section of San Francisco, the entire area is slated for a massive redevelopment effort that will bring local jobs, training, and housing to the existing, well-established neighborhood.  The Candlestick and Hunter’s Point development will bring a combined 10,000 new housing units to the neighborhood, providing much needed housing to San Francisco’s current housing crisis.

Candlestick Center will be the first area developed, acting as an anchor for the rest of the neighborhood.  This development is conceived as the anchor tenant, providing neighborhood amenities, social spaces, housing, and economic generators.
